The Health Platform supports users through a personalised programme. MUTE will advise you, monitor your progress and support you in your chosen programme. The platform offers a range of programmes, including general well-being and health-related exercise. Mute also offers progress tracking. The service is based on scientific indicators and personalised data such as age and gender.
Mute is offered to its members by Teme and the Musicians’ Union, together with Esoter oy, a company specialising in sports medicine. The Mute slogan comes from the names of the associations and the silencing of the issues of well-being and health with guided and concrete examples.
