1. Use of the service
1.1. You can create a user account on the service to access member services and user-specific features. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own identities.
1.2. You may use any part of the Service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
2. Copyright and intellectual property rights
2.1. The content published on the Service, such as texts, images, logos and other material, is protected by copyright. Copyright is enforced by Teme and its member organisations.
2.2. Publications on the service may be freely shared on social media and used within the limits of the right of quotation. All citations must be attributed to the source (freeo.fi / Teme).
3. User responsibilities and obligations
3.1. You agree to use the Service in accordance with the law and good practice.
3.2. You may not post any illegal, offensive or copyright infringing material on the Service.
3.3. The user is responsible for the content he/she enters into the service and its legality.
4. Service availability and changes
4.1. Teme will endeavour to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Service, but shall not be liable for service interruptions or technical failures.
4.2. Teme reserves the right to change the content of the Service and these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
5. Limitation of liability
5.1. Teme shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may result from the use of the Service.
5.2. Teme does not warrant that the content of the Service is accurate, up-to-date or suitable for your purposes.

7. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Helsinki District Court.
